Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed cream of broccoli or cheddar
cheese soup - 1 cup water
- 1 package frozen broccoli
- One 6oz package seasoned wild rice mix
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the soup, water, rice, and seasoning packet, broccoli and cheese in 3 quart casserole dish.
3. Lay the chicken breasts on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through.
